High Quality, Compassionate, Psychological Therapy to Support Emotional and Physical HealtH
Online & IN-Person

About

Welcome to my practice, it's great to have you here. My name is Dr Jess Rayner. I am a Clinical Psychologist registered with the Health and Care Professionals Council (HCPC). I am based in North Wales, and offer therapy primarily online, with some limited availability for in person sessions.

I provide therapy for adults with a range of difficulties, including anxiety, trauma, low self-esteem / self-critical talk, low mood, stress, managing long-term health conditions (e.g., pain, fatigue), and more. I also work with people who feel generally stuck, are navigating life's challenges, or struggling to find a sense of authenticity.

It can be daunting seeking therapy, so I focus on creating a safe, non-judgemental, and compassionate space to explore your experiences. Trained in a range of evidence-based therapies, I work creatively and holistically to provide you with the support and skills to develop new perspectives, understand your life story, improve your well-being, and empower you to make changes.

If you have any questions, or would like an arrange an initial appointment, I offer a free twenty-minute consultation for all my services. You can contact me here.
